1 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use 99xo1. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and that participating in online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction.

99xo1 may request a National ID, birth certificate, or other documents at any time for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

2 Account Registration & Management

Each person may register only one account. Any attempt to collect bonuses by opening multiple accounts under the same ID, phone number, email, IP address, or device will result in all accounts being closed.

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email at registration. Any changes to this information later will require contacting our support team with supporting documentation.

• Keeping your account login credentials confidential is your responsibility.
• Allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold or transferred to a third party.
• If a suspicious login is detected, the account may be automatically locked.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Financial Transactions

Deposits at 99xo1 can be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.

Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited. If detected, the deposit will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

Save your reference number once the deposit is complete. You will need to provide it to support if any issues arise. 99xo1 is not responsible for funds sent in the wrong amount or to the wrong number.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can only be processed to the mobile number registered on your account. Sending funds to another person's number is not possible. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours. High Roller members may receive faster processing. Minor delays may occur on bank or public holidays.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• The daily maximum limit is set according to your account tier.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

99xo1's bonus terms are transparent and fully detailed on each offer's page. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the associated terms.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings derived from bonus funds are only converted to cash balance after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting) is detected, your account will be suspended.
• 99xo1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The registration bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• VIP members receive exclusive bonuses that are not available to regular members.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In Live Betting, odds can change at any moment, so the odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 99xo1 reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In Sports Betting, the official match result is final.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches will be forfeited.
• Betting for the purpose of system arbitrage is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are a clear violation of 99xo1's Terms & Conditions. Any account found engaging in such activities will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Depositing using funds from a third-party account.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of a match or game in coordination with other members.

8 Responsible Gaming

99xo1 places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We operate this platform on the belief that betting is for entertainment — not as a source of income.

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing a limit requires a 72-hour waiting period.

• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 1 week and 5 years.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose in a single day.
